You must complete all Registration Forms, via the link below; then pay a deposit or full payment when prompted at the end of the form. YOU ARE NOT CONSIDERED REGISTERED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS PAID. ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, ALONG WITH THE INTAKE & CONSENT FOR RELEASE; WE WILL CONTACT THE COURTS. While your courts are contacted immediately upon registration, you will not hear from us until closer to your program start date
Our DIP in Lima, Ohio is held at the Wingate by Wyndham located at 175 W. Market St. in downtown Lima. Programs are typically held on Thursday – Sunday every third weekend of the month.

In order to register, you must submit the Intake and Authorization for Release of Information forms along with a $50 deposit. Final payment will be due one week prior to the event you wish to attend.
Note: You will not be contacted upon receipt of registration documents. You will receive a reminder letter closer to your program start date. The courts, however, will be notified immediately upon receipt. Approved payment methods: PAYPAL, Cash, Check, Money Order, Credit Card (processing fee attached)

PLEASE READ STATEMENT BEFORE REGISTERING FOR CLASSES:
Bloom Recovery Network will no longer hold virtual DIP Programming. This option was only set in place amidst the State of Emergency surrounding the COVID 19 Pandemic. We will now hold in-person only classes.
Bloom Recovery Network offers OHMAS Certified 72 Hour Driver's Intervention Program. Our DIP Programs are held at the Wingate Hotel in Lima, Ohio. Our DIP begins @ 4p Thursday and ends @ 4p Sunday on each date listed below. A deposit of $50 is due at time of registration. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least one week prior to program start date.NO CHANGES TO ROSTER WILL BE MADE AFTER 4PM ON THE THURSDAY PRIOR TO THE EVENT START DATE. ALL MONIES PAID WILL BE LOST IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND ONCE THAT DEADLINE HAS PASSED.
